Criterion 6.2.9 Thermal Storage System

Criterion text:
Materials comprising the thermal storage system shall not cause corrosive wear which would result in premature failure or degradation in performance greater than that specified within the system.

Comments:
These requirements are evaluated during the initial SRCC system certification review.

The installer is responsible for knowing the contents of the SRCC certified system installation manual, following them, and using the using the recommended materials and installation methods.
